REFUNDS

SERVICE

  • Service viewership fees are charged on 1st of each month. Once fees are paid and service is delivered, such monthly fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of client’s cancellation request, all service fees are non-refundable:
    • Monthly contracts:
      Upon cancellation, paid monthly fee is not refundable and subsequent automatic payments will be stopped.
    • 3 months/6 months/9 months/12 months contracts:
      Upon cancellation, paid monthly fee is not refundable. If cancellation occurs prior to contract expiration, client is responsible for payment of remaining months and total for these remaining months will be charged accordingly to payment information provided by the client. No other penalties will be applied.
    • Cancellation fees are not applied to 7-days free trial option and client has an option of cancelling at any time.
  • In case of service disruption due to technical upgrades, refunds will not be issued. In the event of technical upgrades.
  • TV Club Inc is not responsible and fees will not be refunded if disruptions occur at discretion of any other client’s service providers, but which services are detrimental to TV Club’s service quality and delivery.
  • TV Club is not responsible and fees will not be refunded if service disruption occurs due to natural causes.

EQUIPMENT

  • Any equipment purchased from TV Club is not refundable.
  • If any equipment purchased from TV Club is faulty, such equipment must be returned in original packaging within 17 days in order to be exchanged. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Equipment purchased from TV Club will be mailed within 48 hours of payment transaction completion. TV Club will not be responsible for any delays in shipment or damage of shipment caused by delivering company/personnel.
  • TV Club is not responsible for any equipment that was not purchased from TV Club.

SHIPMENT

  • Any information provided as part of a shipping transaction, including personal information represents such shipping transaction and cannot be changed after such transaction is complete. Although TV Club makes all reasonable efforts to limit access to its facilities and ensure direct delivery to authorized personnel, TV Club is not responsible for confidentiality of any information printed and left in plain view on a package or letter.

PRIVACY

CLIENT INFORMATION

  • TV Club promises to treat any information provided by clients as confidential.
  • Client information may include but is not limited to the following:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Telephone number
    • Credit Card/billing information
  • Client information is used as a communication tool to improve services provided, collect information for analysis purposes, set up appropriate prices, accomplish billing processes and comply with government regulations. Governmental regulations may vary from country to country, but may require specific reporting to regulatory offices. Therefore, information may be used for compliancy purposes.
  • TV Club contractors are required to maintain confidentiality of any client records they may come in contact with and are restricted from using such information for any other purposes.
  • TV Club does not sell client information to third-parties.
  • In case of shipment dispute or delay, client information may be shared for purposes of rectifying any shipping issues.
  • TV Club retains client information for business and government compliance purposes. Information is deleted once expiration requirements are reached.
  • Clients are responsible for protecting their information on their own premises and are encouraged of using physical access control, which could be but are not limited to setting up appropriate passwords or logging out.

INFORMATION SECURITY

  • TV Club promises to protect client information against loss and unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel are allowed access to client information.
  • TV Club uses generally accepted protection techniques such as firewalls, access control and cryptography to protect confidential information and ensure authorized access.

WEBSITE

  • Visitors may browse TV Club website without identification. Information is requested to enable any interactive features.
  • TV Club website may feature links to external websites. TV Club in no way endorses or supports such websites. TV Club is not responsible for security, privacy practices and content of these websites.
  • Clients purchasing equipment and/or services through website will enable application, which requires credit card/payment information. Such information is used and stored for billing purposes only.
  • TV Club stores IP addresses for security, system administration and analysis. IP address is a number, which is automatically assigned to a computer when it is connected to Internet. Storage of these IP addresses help TV Club analyze demographics, improve security and services.

COOKIES

  • Cookies act as small files that a website may send to be stored in a user’s browser for storage on hard drive. While most browsers are set up to accept such files, it is optional and may be refused by a user by making appropriate adjustments to his/her browser settings. Such adjustment will not interfere with usage of TV Club’s website, but some cookies must be accepted in order to continue with interactive features and for some features to function.

SURVEYS

  • TV Club Inc may administer a survey to analyze clients’ preferences and to improve services. Surveys may request more detailed personal information such as family/business size, age, demographics, language and so on. Such information will not be shared externally and TV Club promises to protect its confidentiality as stated in sections 3.1.1 and 3.2.1. Additional information will not be sold to third-parties as stated in section 3.1.5. Clients are not required to fill out surveys.
Note: TV Club reserves a right to add/change/delete any of abovementioned policies for business, economical and government requirements. Clients are encouraged to check back to these policies as no further notice (other than at registration and renewal applications) will be issued.
